To create a memorable first experience, Businessgames partnered with Struyk Verwo Infra to develop an interactive Onboarding Game. Throughout the game, participants explore SVI’s organisation, market and products in an engaging way. Knowledge quickly becomes a shared experience.

Working in teams, participants explore four key themes: the organisation, market positioning, quality and safety. Every roll of the dice introduces a new challenge. Teams complete knowledge quizzes, collaborative assignments and interactive activities based on everyday practice. For every successful challenge, teams earn Struykjes as well as a puzzle piece. As the puzzle gradually takes shape, participants see how every contribution strengthens the bigger picture. The experience reinforces the importance of teamwork and shared success.
When the final puzzle piece is placed, Struyk Verwo Infra’s motto is revealed: ‘Ons werk ligt op straat’ (‘Our work is on the street’). It is a memorable finale that brings the organisation’s identity to life in an unexpected way.
