Turning Store Days into an unforgettable experience
Every year, a leading European retailer brings together its Store Managers during its annual Store Days across the countries where it operates. These events provide the perfect opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen connections and inspire leaders who play a key role in delivering a consistent customer experience. To support these objectives, Businessgames developed the tailor-made ‘Customer Journey‘ Team Building Game. The game transforms key business principles about the customer journey into a hands-on experience. Participants learn by doing rather than simply listening.
Businessgames has proudly delivered this Team Building Game across 9 European countries, engaging more than 2,400 participants.
Experience the Customer Journey
Working in teams, participants complete five interactive mini-games, each representing a different stage of the customer journey. Every challenge focuses on a specific customer touchpoint, encouraging teams to think from the customer’s perspective while making strategic decisions together. As teams successfully complete each challenge, they earn thumbs up-points for their own personalised customer on a 1.2-metre-tall game board.
The mini-games challenge participants to collaborate, communicate effectively and solve realistic business scenarios under time pressure. Every decision influences the final outcome, demonstrating how teamwork and customer focus go hand in hand.
By the end of the experience, every completed challenge tells the story of a seamless customer journey. Participants leave with fresh insights, stronger connections and a deeper understanding of how their daily actions contribute to creating happy customers across the organisation.
