Employees of Randstad Inhouse Services work on-site exclusively for one client, providing a large number of candidates, often in the manufacturing and logistics segments. But how do you teach these new Inhouse Services employees what can go wrong if they don’t perform well? Right! By experiencing it.
The players will learn that Inhouse Services is a unique solution for managing an efficient contingent workforce for which there is a fluctuating level of demand. It is aimed at improving the clients’ labor flexibility, retention, productivity and efficiency. How do you motivate and properly plan the employees? What works well when creating a flex pool? How to communicate with the client? In the game the client is available in ‘real life’ and will therefore give direct feedback on their actions. We play this game in four quarters. With the objective: every quarter a new process improvement for the client!
This game has been implemented in Randstad’s onboarding program for several years now and is still a great success. For Businessgames the game is a real kick to facilitate due to the inquisitive participants.
