Target: getting familiar with the UOB key competencies
UOB and Businessgames have developed a training program based on the UOB key competencies. In this program participants are taken through a defined set of behaviours via E-learning, Simulation, Webinars and Action learning. Businessgames developed two different games for two types of participants. Translating strategy and monitoring behaviour have allowed participants to experience what the key competencies mean for them personally.
The value for UOB has been evident with Businessgames rolling out the games throughout Asia, training UOB colleagues in Malaysia, China (HK & Mainland), Indonesia and Thailand.
