Target group: all newly recruited employees
Objective: a prosperous integration of new employees of all departments
For the largest public transportation player in Belgium, we have developed a Business Game in two languages: French and Dutch. After watching an introduction video, the new employees play the ‘game of incidents’ with each other. What do real passengers encounter on a day-to-day basis and how can you solve it as a new employee of NMBS? The customer always comes first, and inventiveness and creativity are firmly challenged. This Onboarding Game is organised twice a month for new NMBS employees.
