Target group: new employees who are active in the Benelux

Objective: welcome day - onboarding

Together with Eiffage, we have been playing the ‘Construct Eiffage’ Onboarding Game for five years (and still ongoing). The Business Game, that is available in Dutch and French, focuses on customer satisfaction. In six competing construction companies, the teams build towards one Eiffage. The teams earn happiness points by executing various construction projects (documented as cases).


The teams determine the direction and are responsible for the realisation of their projects. They also have to make sure that assets such as gloves, safety glasses, formwork, and excavators are ordered before the time is up. The main focus beforehand is, of course, to take inventory of the fictive clients wishes. The construction of a new distribution center for ‘Cargloss’ needs other assets then the restoration of a large housing project.

The new employees also learn about the history of the company through play, they identify the main links in the company through an organisational chart, and they get to work on the values of Eiffage.
