ADNOC
Management Games
Client: ADNOC
Location: United Arab Emirates
Target group: Employees of the ADNOC Youth Committee
Objective: Helping employees experience and embrace ADNOC's new strategy through an interactive Business Game
Turning strategy into action
A new strategy only creates impact when employees understand it, believe in it and apply it in their daily work. To support this ambition, ADNOC partnered with Businessgames for its very first Youth Forum in Abu Dhabi. Together, we developed six customised ADNOC Management Games that ran simultaneously for 600 participants. The experience transformed strategic priorities into an engaging learning journey where participants actively explored the future direction of the organisation.

Experience the strategy together
Throughout the Management Game ‘The World of ADNOC’, teams completed a series of interactive challenges designed around ADNOC’s strategic objectives. Participants demonstrated their knowledge, applied key behaviours and strengthened essential skills while earning points through a live gamification app. The competitive format encouraged collaboration, friendly competition and continuous interaction. Every challenge reinforced the organisation’s strategy while creating opportunities for participants to learn from one another and celebrate shared successes.
By the end of the Youth Forum, participants had gained a deeper understanding of ADNOC’s strategic direction and the role they play in achieving it. The interactive format strengthened engagement, encouraged collaboration and transformed strategy into a memorable shared experience. The event demonstrated how a Management Game can turn complex organisational messages into meaningful experiences that inspire employees and create lasting impact.
