Target group: Students during the in-house days + business course
Target: Getting acquainted with the organisation/labels
We got the opportunity to develop two Recruitment Games for Randstad. One for the in-house days and one for the Business Course. For the in-house days we set up a market simulation in which companies like Randstad have to recruit and position employees. Students who are skilled in negotiation, keeping an overview and collaborating are the most likely winners.
For the Business Course we developed a simulation in which the teams are divided amongst the five labels of Randstad. The labels have to solve transgressing client cases and give feedback. Goal 1: optimally serve the client. Goal 2: achieve the organizational targets.
