Een onboarding-ervaring die KPN tot leven brengt<\/h3>\n

Vier keer per jaar verwelkomt KPN haar nieuwe collega’s tijdens een inspirerende onboarding dag. In de ochtend maken deelnemers kennis met de organisatie, de strategie en de bedrijfscultuur. In de middag is het tijd om die kennis direct in de praktijk te brengen tijdens de interactieve ‘KPN Network<\/strong> Builder<\/strong>‘ Onboarding Game.<\/p>\n

De game is ontworpen om samenwerking, netwerken en creatief denken te stimuleren. Op een energieke en interactieve manier ontdekken nieuwe medewerkers wat KPN bijzonder maakt \u00e9n bouwen zij vanaf dag \u00e9\u00e9n waardevolle connecties op met hun collega’s.<\/p>\n

KPN Network Builder<\/h3>\n

In teams gaan deelnemers de uitdaging aan om hun eigen KPN-bedrijf op te richten en succesvol te maken. Hun missie? Een organisatie bouwen die zowel tevreden klanten als betrokken medewerkers weet aan te trekken.\u00a0Om dat te bereiken ontwikkelen de teams een heldere missie, visie en strategie. Al snel merken deelnemers hoeveel zij in hun eerste weken bij KPN hebben geleerd. Die kennis zetten zij direct in tijdens het ontwikkelen \u00e9n pitchen van hun bedrijfsvisie.<\/p>\n

In de tweede spelronde verschuift de focus naar actie. Teams onderhandelen met elkaar, maken strategische keuzes en verzamelen de middelen die nodig zijn om te investeren in voorzieningen, diensten en kansen die hun KPN-bedrijf laten groeien. Slim samenwerken, effectief communiceren en doordachte beslissingen nemen zijn daarbij onmisbaar om de concurrentie een stap voor te blijven.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de spectaculaire finale komt de visie van ieder team tot leven. Met de verzamelde middelen bouwen deelnemers een fysieke versie van hun KPN-bedrijf en vertalen zij hun idee\u00ebn naar een tastbaar eindresultaat. Punten worden verdiend voor creativiteit, samenwerking en de manier waarop de visie van KPN tot uiting komt.\u00a0Het team dat de meeste tevreden klanten weet aan te trekken, wint de felbegeerde goudgroene medaille. Maar uiteindelijk gaat iedereen naar huis met iets dat n\u00f3g waardevoller is: nieuwe contacten, een beter begrip van de organisatie en een onboarding-ervaring die nog lang bijblijft.<\/p>\n
