Van Store Days naar een onvergetelijke ervaring<\/h3>\n

Jaarlijks brengt een toonaangevende Europese retailer tijdens de Store Days alle vestigingsmanagers samen in de landen waar de organisatie actief is. Deze evenementen bieden de perfecte gelegenheid om kennis te delen, onderlinge verbindingen te versterken en leidinggevenden te inspireren. Zij maken iedere dag het verschil voor de klant. Om deze doelstellingen tot leven te brengen, ontwikkelde Businessgames de op maat gemaakte ‘Customer Journey<\/strong>‘ Teambuilding Game. In plaats van alleen te luisteren naar presentaties, stappen deelnemers zelf in de wereld van de klant. Zo ervaren zij op een interactieve manier hoe iedere beslissing invloed heeft op de totale klantbeleving.<\/p>\n

Businessgames heeft deze Teambuilding Game inmiddels met trots begeleid in 9 Europese landen. Daarbij namen meer dan 2.400 deelnemers deel aan deze interactieve customer journey.<\/p>\n

Beleef de Customer Journey<\/h3>\n

In teams doorlopen deelnemers vijf interactieve mini-games. Iedere opdracht vertegenwoordigt een andere fase van de customer journey. Elke uitdaging staat in het teken van een specifiek klantcontactmoment. Tegelijkertijd stimuleert de game teams om vanuit het perspectief van de klant te denken en samen slimme keuzes te maken. Na iedere succesvol afgeronde challenge verdienen teams thumbs up-punten voor hun eigen gepersonaliseerde klant op een speelbord van maar liefst 1,2 meter hoog.\u00a0Stap voor stap groeit zo een visuele weergave van de ideale customer journey. Tegelijkertijd ervaren deelnemers hoe iedere fase bijdraagt aan een tevreden klant.<\/p>\n

De mini-games dagen teams uit om effectief samen te werken, helder te communiceren en realistische praktijksituaties onder tijdsdruk op te lossen. Iedere beslissing be\u00efnvloedt het eindresultaat. Zo ontdekken deelnemers dat klantgerichtheid en teamwork onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden zijn.<\/p>\n

Na afloop kijken deelnemers met een frisse blik naar de customer journey. Zij vertrekken met nieuwe inzichten, sterkere onderlinge verbindingen en een beter begrip van hoe hun dagelijkse keuzes bijdragen aan tevreden klanten binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n
