Deze game is op verschillende Carglass vestigingen, verspreid door Nederland, uitgevoerd. In de game <em>\u201cExpert met aandacht\u201d<\/em> draait het allemaal om het contact maken met de klant.<\/p>\n<p>Verdeeld over verschillende Service Center teams en klantenteams gingen de deelnemers de strijd met elkaar aan. Aan de hand van klantprofielen kropen de medewerkers in de huid van de klant. De overige deelnemers vertegenwoordigden de Service Centers, en aan deze teams de taak om de wens(en) van de klant te ontrafelen en daarop in te spelen.\u00a0Gedurende de game observeerden de deelnemers elkaar kritisch en voorzagen zij elkaar van feedback. Van elkaar valt immers veel te leren! Welk Service Center team wint de game door het stellen van de juiste vragen?
