Strategie, leiderschap, initiatief nemen, onderhandelen en samenwerken zijn kwaliteiten die nodig zijn om te presteren in deze game. Welke studenten laten zien dat ze deze kwaliteiten bezitten? Deelnemers runnen hierin hun eigen onderneming, die metaforisch jouw organisatie representeert. Ze zien welke partijen er in jouw markt betrokken zijn, ze krijgen inzicht in hoe leveranciers en klanten met elkaar in verbinding staan \u00e9n welke belangen er spelen. Ze gaan de competitie aan met elkaar en strijden voor de winst.<\/p>\n<p>Bedrijven die jou voor gingen zijn onder andere Randstad, Tempo-Team, ABN Amro en A.S. Watson Benelux.<\/p>\n<p><em>Voor iedere (non-) profit organisatie kunnen wij de &#8216;Recruitment Game&#8217; op maat maken.
